Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags attached

  • Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for different sizes or colors (subject to stock availability).

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@allswears.com with your order number.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Received the wrong item or a defective product? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
